IF NECESSARY I CAN USE LOCAL POLICE OR DMV INVESTIGATORS , THESE CASES ARE VERY RARE BUT IT CAN HAPPEN , YOU NEED SOMEONE WITH LONG TIME EXPERIENCE IN THE US SYSTEM TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUYING EXPERIENCE TO PREVENT THESE THINGS FROM HAPPENING .
